The Srixzone Fat Burning and Toning Workout

This workout is ideal for fat burning and toning. For the best results, follow the Srixzone Fat Burning and Toning Diet while following this excercise program.

Do these exercises at least 3 times per week

 

  1. 5 minutes treadmill (make sure you break a sweat)
  2. Ball Squats          2 sets – 20 repetitions
  3. Alternated step-ups       2 sets – 8 per leg
  4. Masjien Press    2 sets – 15 per leg
  5. Shoulder Press  3 sets – 10 repetitions
  6. Side lateral raises             2 sets – 15 repetitions
  7. Bench dips          2 sets – 12 repetitions
  8. Cable Curls          2 sets – 20 repetitions
  9. Bent over laterals            2 sets – 10 repetitions
  10. Rope Pushdowns             2 sets – 20 repetitions
  11. Leg Raises           3 sets – 20 repetitions
  12. 20 minutes of any cardio exercise. These include cycling, running, walking, steps or air walking.
