Oats / Kellogs K / Muesli and Yoghurt

 

Snack

Nuts / Fruit / Whey Protein Shake / 4 x Provita Marmite

 

Lunch

Chicken / Fish

Sweet Potato / Veg Mixed

Brown Rice

Optional: Whey Protein Shake

 

Dinner

Shake / Chicken Fillet x 2 / Tuna Salad

 

NOTE: Grapefruit is a natural fat burner. Eat as much as you want, when you want.
