The SrixZone High-Protein Diet

This is the ultimate fat loss diet and although extremely effective, it must not be followed for longer than two weeks.

Drink as much coffee, tea, and soda water as you like. Drink as much water possible.

Start with day 1 and follow for no longer than 2 weeks.

Day 1

Breakfast:           Black Coffee no sugar or milk

Lunch:                   Two boiled eggs and spinach with a little salt

Supper:                One big grilled steak, green salad and fruit

Day 2

Breakfast:           Black Coffee 1 slice of rye bread

Lunch:                   1 Medium size grilled steak: green salad and fruit

Supper:                                Cooked ham

Day 3

Breakfast:           Black Coffee 1 slice rye bread

Lunch:                   2 Boiled Eggs, green salad and fruit

Supper:                Cooked ham

Day 4

Breakfast:           Black Coffee 1 slice rye bread

Lunch:                   1 Boiled Egg, raw carrots and low fat cheese

Dinner:                                 Fresh fruit and natural yogurt

Day 5

Breakfast:           Black Coffee Grated carrots with lemons

Lunch:                   Steam fish with fresh tomatos

Supper:                1 grilled steak, green salad and fruit

Day 6

Breakfast:           Black coffee 1 slice rye bread

Lunch:                   Half a grilled Chicken

Supper:                2 boiled eggs and grated carrots

Day 7

Breakfast:           Black Coffee 1 slice rye bread

Lunch:                   Grilled steak and fresh fruit

Supper:                Eat what you want
